Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, Interim Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br />SUBJECT: City Clerk Grade Change <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />Personnel Committee Should Consider <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee may consider changing the grade of the current City Clerk, Julie <br />Hanson, to reflect additional Human Resources duties being performed. <br /> <br />Background and Discussion <br /> <br />On August 14th, 2017 the Personnel Committee discussed a grade change for the City Clerk in <br />reference to additional Human Resources duties being performed. The memo and updated job <br />description are attached.
