Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />17-016 for a Minor Subdivision at 1224 Amble Road, based on the findings of fact and the <br />submitted plans, as amended by the seven (7) conditions in the July 5, 2017, Report to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 17- <br />016 for a Minor Subdivision at 1224 Amble Road, based on the findings of fact and the <br />submitted plans in the July 5, 2017, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 17-016 for a Minor <br />Subdivision at 1224 Amble Road, based on the following findings of fact: findings to deny <br />should specifically reference the reasons for denial. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 17-016 for a Minor Subdivision at 1224 Amble Road: <br />a specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />A public hearing notice was mailed to all properties within 500 feet of the subject property and <br />published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on June 21, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff received a phone call from the resident at 1260 Amble Road who stated they wanted to see <br />Parcel B developed to be consistent with the neighboring properties. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 6, 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 5, 2017 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. With consent of the applicant, the City may extend the review period beyond the <br />initial 120 days. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A. Land Use Application <br />B.
