That the Planning Commission provides guidance and recommendations regarding any <br />amendments to the City’s regulation of higher education uses. <br /> <br />2. That the Planning Commission provides any direction or guidance regarding which land <br />use and economic development issues to include within the 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br />update. <br /> <br />Next Steps <br /> <br />On August 2, the Economic Development Commission will review the report. <br /> <br />On August 9, the Planning Commission is expected to conduct a public hearing for any Zoning <br />Code amendments regarding higher education uses and provide a recommendation on the final <br />Higher Education Study report. <br /> <br />A final draft of the Higher Education Moratorium Study is expected to be completed in <br />September. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
