It is expected that most of the those new households would be occupied by <br />young families which would increase the persons per household.The significantly higher <br />people per household in Arden Hills is misleading because the people living in group <br />quarters housing is included in the total population, but the group quarters housing <br />structures does not add to the number of households in the City.
