This Plan is meant to be a dynamic document that <br />can respond to unforeseen changes, priorities, and opportunities. <br /> <br />Amendments will be needed for the TCAAP redevelopment and may be needed for a <br />future Lexington Avenue/Red Fox/Grey Fox Guiding Plan, and for redevelopment of the <br />former City Hall/Public Works property.
