Commercial (C) – areas designated for a broad range of retail shopping and <br />services to meet the needs of the community. Compatible uses such as <br />office buildings are also intended for this area. <br />7. Mixed Business (MB) – areas designated for a variety of business, <br />commercial and industrial uses, including office, general business, retail, and <br />industrial uses. This designation will be used for the future <br />commercial/industrial uses on the TCAAP property. <br />8. Industrial (IND) – areas designated for a broad range of industrial uses, <br />including office, warehouse, and manufacturing. <br />9. Public & Institutional (P/I) – designates areas for uses including government <br />buildings, colleges, schools, and churches. <br />10. Parks – areas designated for city and county parks. <br />11. Park Preserve (PP) – areas designated as natural and scenic areas that are <br />to be preserved for public use. <br />12. Right-of-way (ROW) – public vehicular, transit rail, and/or pedestrian rights-of- <br />way. <br />13. Water (WAT) – includes permanently flooded open water, rivers and streams, <br />and wetlands (wetlands not included in the national wetland inventory data <br />may not be displayed). <br /> <br />6.3 EXISTING LAND USE – 2008 2016 <br /> <br />The 2008 2016 existing land use data is based on City and County property records and <br />known land uses (Figure 6.2). The land uses are <br />classified into the following categories: <br />1. Single Family Attached (SFA) – includes <br />all attached single family homes such as <br />townhomes with separate entrances. <br />2. Single Family Detached (SFD) – includes <br />all detached single family homes. <br />3. Multifple Family (MF) – includes apartment <br />buildings and condominiums of more than <br />one story. <br />4. Manufactured Housing Parks(MH) – <br />includes manufactured and mobile homes <br />in specialized parks. <br />4.5. Mixed Use Residential - Land <br />containing a building with multiple uses in <br />combination with at least a residential <br />unit(s). <br />5.
