These areas include the surplus Town <br />Center units from TCAAP, the Parkshore Drive area and the old City Hall/Public <br />Works site, both of which are guiding Medium Density Residential (MDR), and <br />the B-2 District around County Road E, which is guided Community Mixed Use <br />(CMU). The City expects that 6% of the CMU area will redevelop between 2021 <br />and 2030 for residential uses.
