<br />Exhibit F – Client Responsibilities 08.01.16 Page 11 <br /> <br />ARTICLE F.11 <br />Provide record drawings and specifications for all existing physical plants of facilities which are pertinent to <br />the Project. <br /> <br />ARTICLE F.12 <br />Provide the foregoing in a manner sufficiently timely so as not to delay the performance by the Consultant <br />of the services in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />ARTICLE F.13 <br />Consultant shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of information or services furnished <br />by the Client or others employed by the Client. Consultant shall endeavor to verify the information provided <br />and shall promptly notify the Client if the Consultant discovers that any information or services furnished by <br />the Client is in error or is inadequate for its purpose. <br /> <br />ARTICLE F.14 <br />Client shall bear all costs incidental to compliance with the requirements of this article. <br />
