Approve the First Amendment to the Master and Final Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement with Arden Square, LLC based on the City Council approval of Planning Case <br />17-024 on November 27, 2017. <br /> <br />2. Deny the First Amendment to the Master and Final Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />with Arden Square, LLC, based on the following reasons… <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On November 27, 2017, the City Council approved Planning Case 17-024 for a Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) Amendment at 1160 County Road E. A PUD Amendment Agreement is <br />required to be signed between the City and the property owner before the issuance of <br />development permits. The City Attorney has prepared the Agreement and the document has been <br />reviewed by the developer (Attachment A). <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
