NEW BUSINESS (continued from 11/13/17) <br /> <br />A. Health Insurance Benefits <br /> <br />Interim Director of Finance and Administrative Services Perrault stated this item was <br />continued from the November 13, 2017, City Council meeting. He reviewed the number of <br />employees that could opt out and described how the City would be impacted if the insured pool <br />were to decrease. He provided the Council with answers to the questions raised at the previous <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung commented that Arden Hills was a small City and expenses would be <br />spread over a small number no matter how many employees opted in or out. <br />
