Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, Interim Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 2018 Non-Union Employee Compensation Plan <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />The City Council should consider approving the 2018 non-union employee compensation plan or <br />provide further direction to City Staff. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the November 27, 2017 Special City Council Worksession, the City Council directed City <br />Staff to prepare the 2018 non-union employee compensation plan with a 2.10 percent Cost of <br />Living Adjustment (COLA) over the previous year. The City Council also directed City Staff to <br />review this adjustment before July of 2018 to determine if any further adjustment is needed. <br />Please note, this is separate from the seasonal employee compenasation plan.
