Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, Interim Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Updated Contract for Professional Services with WSB <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />The City Council should consider entering into a new Professional Services Agreement (PSA) <br />with WSB to provide engineering and other support services as needed to the City of Arden <br />Hills. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />In 2016, the City entered into an agreement, which was updated in 2017, for engineering and <br />other support services with WSB. Subsequently, The City has hired a Director of Public <br />Works/City Engineer; however, there is still a need to provide engineering project support up to <br />twenty hours a week, and other support services on an as needed basis. WSB has agreed to <br />provide the twenty weekly hours at a reduced rate, with any hours beyond that at the normal rate. <br />This agreement is supported by both parties, and will supersede the previous PSA. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Attachment A: Professional Services Agreement with WSB
