A <br />Vacation of Easement is also being requested in order to vacate a portion of the public utility <br />easement for the City lift station on the property. The City Council is required to hold the public <br />hearing for the Vacation of Easement request. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The City approved a Final Plat for the Burroughs Lane subdivision in Planning Case #06-038, <br />which was comprised of a four lot subdivision including 3685 New Brighton Road and the <br />property to the immediate north, 3695 New Brighton Road. The Final Plat was approved in 2007, <br />but was never recorded with Ramsey County and has since expired. Since that time, 3695 New <br />Brighton Road has been redeveloped for a single-family residential dwelling. The current <br />subdivision plan is only comprised of the property at 3685 New Brighton Road. <br /> <br />1. Overview of Request <br /> <br />The existing property at 3685 New Brighton Road is approximately 1.9 acres in size and is <br />comprised of a single-family residential dwelling, detached garage, and shed. The dwelling and <br />accessory structures are located towards the eastern side of the property and the one access <br />driveway for the lot is on New Brighton Road near the intersection with Thom Drive.
