Recommend Approval without Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />17-029 for a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Vacation of Easement at 3685 New Brighton <br />Road, based on the findings of fact and submitted plans in the January 10, 2018 Report to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 17-029 for a <br />Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Vacation of Easement at 3685 New Brighton Road based on <br />the following findings of fact: findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for <br />denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff has corresponded with the residents at 2033 Thom Court and 3695 New Brighton Road <br />regarding this planning case. The residents requested additional information and expressed <br />concerns about drainage issues and tree removal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
