From:Fred Sutter <br />To:Matthew Bachler <br />Subject:1504 Edgewater Avenue Shed <br />Date:Wednesday, December 06, 2017 4:27:21 PM <br />  <br />Mathew, <br />  <br />Regarding the request for a shed in the front yard at 1504 Edgewater Avenue, we would like to let <br />you know that we seriously object to this structure.    If this variance is granted, what prevents <br />anyone else in the neighborhood from putting a similar or larger structure in their front yard.    I <br />believe the current code is appropriate and should be enforced.    The homeowners backyard is an <br />appropriate location for this structure.   <br />  <br />In addition, the homeowner also has a structure on the east side of the property.   How many <br />structures like this are allowed? <br />  <br />FYI.I have lived in this neighborhood since 1991, and owned the property at 1504 from 1991 to <br />1999.   I have been approached by a number of neighbors that are upset by what has been going on <br />in the front yard of this property. <br />  <br />Fred & Anne Sutter <br />(651-600-4791 <br />1535 Edgewater Avenue <br />  <br />
