-AR,DEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-007 <br /> RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLD HWY 10 FROM <br /> COUNTY ROAD E TO COUNTY ROAD E2 <br /> WHEREAS,there are often vehicles parked on both sides of Old Highway 10 when there are <br /> events at Bethel University; and <br /> WHEREAS, the shoulder width will be narrowed as a part of the planned 2018 Old Snelling <br /> Trail Extension Project from County Road E to County Rd E2; and <br /> WHEREAS,the improvements plan to eliminate the shoulder on the west side of the roadway; <br /> there will no longer be space to accommodate parking of any kind; and <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the proposed construction as a State Aid funded project must <br /> therefore be conditioned upon certain restrictions; <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, that the City request the banning of parking of motor vehicles on the west side of Old <br /> Highway 10 (CSAH 76) between County Road E and County Rd E2. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 22ND <br /> DAY OF JANUARY, 2018. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -(�L , t ""'f� <br /> Jt Hanson, City Clerk <br />
