--SR INN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-009 <br /> RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF STATE PROJECT 6205-39, <br /> TRUNK HIGHWAY US 10 FROM I35W TO CR 96 <br /> WHEREAS,the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for State <br /> Project 6205-39 on Trunk Highway US 10, from I35W to CR 96 within the City of Arden Hills <br /> for highway improvements and seeks the approval thereof, as described in Minnesota Statues <br /> 161.162 to 161.167; and <br /> WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the Metro District Minnesota Department of <br /> Transportation office, Roseville, Minnesota, being marked as Layout No. 2, S.P. 6205-39; and <br /> WHEREAS, said final layout causes the City's water main to be noncompliant with <br /> current City standards. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final layout for the improvement <br /> of said Trunk Highway within the corporate limits be and is hereby disapproved unless the <br /> following condition is met: <br /> 1. Relocate any portion of the City's water main to provide a minimum 10-foot horizontal <br /> distance from the proposed noise wall and 8.0-foot vertical depth from finished grade at <br /> MnDOT's expense. <br /> 2.
