ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION – JANUARY 16, 2018 7 <br /> <br />Mayor Grant felt the resident guide was important but doesn’t need to be lengthy. He requested <br />that resident meetings be included in the Admin Update so Council members can attend if they <br />wish. <br /> <br />K. Local Union No. 49 Labor Agreement (closed per M.S. 13D.03, Subd. 1(b) and <br />179A.01 to 179A.25) <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to end the <br />open session and begin the closed session at 7:30 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />Open Work Session resumed at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br />2.
