DI�EN HILLS <br /> Approved: February 12, 2018 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JANUARY 22,2018 <br /> 7:00 P.M. -ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br /> Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Fran Holmes, Dave McClung and <br /> Steve Scott <br /> Absent: Councilmember Brenda Holden (excused) <br /> Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br /> Sue Polka; City Planner Matthew Bachler; and City Clerk Julie Hanson <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (4-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) and Joint Development Authority(JDA)Update <br /> City Administrator Perrault provided an update to the Council noting TCAAP did not make the <br /> short list for the Amazon proposal. He explained the Optimization Study was being reviewed by <br /> the Army. He noted the County and Alatus continue to meet bi-weekly to discuss the Master <br /> Development Agreement and reported the MDA deadline remains March 8. He explained the <br /> JDA would be meeting once per month, on the first Monday of the month, or on an ad hoc basis <br /> during 2018. <br />
