HIEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING <br /> CARTS AND RECYCLING CART REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM CASCADE <br /> ENGINEERING <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills requires the collection and proper management of <br /> recyclables within the limits of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City approved a recycling contract with Republic Services on February 23, <br /> 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, the recycling contract states that the City will provide recycling carts for <br /> residents for the collection of recyclable materials; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase additional recycling carts and replacement parts <br /> from Cascade Engineering based on their agreement; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the City will purchase 150 sixty-four(64) gallon recycling carts and recycling cart <br /> replacement parts from Cascade Engineering in the amount of$10,804.00. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 12th DAY OF FEBRUARY,2018. <br /> i(144/Lti/ <br /> ATTEST: DAVI GRANT, MAYOR <br /> 41 <br /> JUI .
