'It <br />,-ARZEN HILLS <br />Approved: April 23, 2018 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 19, 2018 <br />IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING WORK SESSION <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the special City <br />Council meeting at 8:36 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave <br />McClung and Steve Scott <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />Sue Polka, City Planner Matthew Bachler, and Deputy Clerk Jolene Trauba <br />1. APROVAL OF AGENDA <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to <br />approve the meeting agenda. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />2. AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. Motion to Approve Appointment of Finance Director <br />City Administrator Dave Perrault noted that the offer letter was signed by the potential <br />appointee and supported by the Personnel Committee. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />Approve Appointment of the Finance Director Grant. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br />
