<br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council Meeting for April 9, 2018 <br />P:\Planning\Planning Cases\2018\PC 18-004 - Preliminary & Final Plat - TCAAP\Memos_Reports_18-004 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval (4-0) of Planning Case 18-004 for a <br />Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant redevelopment site <br />based on the submitted plans and findings of fact in the April 9, 2018 Report to the City Council, <br />as amended by the following condition of approval: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall record the Final Plat with Ramsey County and a copy shall be <br />provided to the City within sixty (60) days of the City’s approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice and Comments <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing for the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat was published in the <br />Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on February 21, 2018, and mailed to all properties within 500 <br />feet of the subject property. <br /> <br />Staff has not received any public comments regarding this application. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on February 12, <br />2018. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City is required to act on this request by April 13, <br />2018 (60 days) unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 <br />day review period. The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period <br />beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
