February 26, 2018, Regular City Council <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the February 12, 2018, Special City Council Work Session <br />meeting minutes, February 12, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes, <br />February 20, 2018, City Council Work Session meeting minutes; and <br />February 26, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes as presented. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve Contract for City Hall Cleaning Services – MN Services <br />C. Motion to Approve Marketing Agreement with Utility Service Partners Private <br />Label, Inc. – National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program <br />E. Motion to Approve Change Order No. 1 – Michels Pipe Services – 2017 Sewer <br />Lining Project <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. Quarterly Special Assessments for Delinquent Utilities <br /> <br />City Administrator Perrault stated water customers whose account is 90 days past due were <br />informed that the City intends to certify delinquent charges to Ramsey County to be collect with <br />property taxes. These customers have the right to a hearing in front of the City Council to discuss <br />this matter prior to certification.
