Early voting, while administered by Ramsey County, is also administered by City Hall <br />staff for Arden Hills residents (early voting is the period six days prior to both the State primary <br />and General election). <br /> <br />In 2017, the County expanded voting locations for all Ramsey County residents. Residents could <br />cast their vote at any one of a handful of locations staffed by Ramsey County, no matter what <br />city they resided in within Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Due to the success of the convenience afforded voters last year, Ramsey County has expanded <br />these “satellite” locations even more for the 2018 election season. All Ramsey County residents <br />will now be able to cast their ballot at any of the following locations: <br /> <br />City of Saint Paul Ramsey County Elections <br />Highland Park Community Center Martin Luther King Recreation Center <br />Como Park Historic Streetcar Station Arlington Hills Community Center <br />Ramsey County Library–White Bear Lake Ramsey County Library–Maplewood <br />Ramsey County Library–Shoreview Ramsey County Library–Roseville <br />Ramsey County Public Works–Arden Hills St Anthony City Hall–St Anthony <br />
