The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2018 – 2022 Transportation Improvement <br />Program under traffic study items. <br />2. County Road E is designated as County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 15, Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard as CSAH 14, and Old Snelling Avenue north of County Road E as CSAH <br />76. Old Snelling Avenue south of County Road E is designated as Municipal State Aid <br />Street (MSAS) 111. <br /> <br />3. The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(Mn/DOT) as eligible for County State Aid Highway funds. <br /> <br />4. The subject road segment is located within the City. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Responsibility for Design Engineering <br /> <br />1.1. The Project will be prepared in accordance with the Minnesota Manual on <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD). <br /> <br />1.2. The City will direct the engineering services for the Project. <br /> <br />1.3. The Project will be presented to the County and will be on file at the city of Arden <br />Hills. <br /> <br />2.
