These areas include the surplus Town <br />Center units from TCAAP, the Parkshore Drive and Old Highway 10 area, which <br />is guided Medium Density Residential (MDR), and the B-2 District around County <br />Road E, which is guided Community Mixed Use (CMU). The City expects that <br />10.5% of the CMU area will redevelop between 2021 and 2030 for residential <br />uses.
