<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-036 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE JOHANNA MARSH PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement of the City of Arden Hills <br />Johanna Marsh Park Improvements; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Sunram Construction, Inc., of Corcoran, Minnesota, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $114, 837.00; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Sunram Construction, Inc., for $114,837.00 in the name of the City of <br />Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />2.
