As a result, it is <br />projected that during the a.m. peak hour, 23 trips will be entering the site while 12 trips <br />will be leaving the site. Conversely, during the p.m. peak hour, 24 trips will be <br />entering the site while 31 trips will be leaving the site. <br /> <br />For this analysis, it was assumed that 100% of the trips generated by the site will come <br />to and from the north; specifically, the intersection of Highway 96 and Snelling. <br />Further, it was projected that the development traffic will be distributed at the same <br />turning ratios of the Snelling Avenue traffic at Highway 96. <br /> <br />Figure 3 illustrates the background traffic with the added Lyngblomsten peak hour <br />traffic.
