ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – APRIL 23, 2018 2 <br /> <br />A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) and Joint Development Authority (JDA) Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Perrault provided an update on TCAAP stating staff has been attending <br />negotiations between the County and Alatus. <br /> <br />B. Transportation Update <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka reported Ramsey County opened bids for the <br />County Road F project last Thursday. She indicated the work would begin on the water tower <br />rehabilitation in the near future. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. March 19, 2018 City Council Work Session <br />B. March 19, 2018 Special Regular City Council <br />C. March 26, 2018 Regular City Council <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the March 19, 2018, City Council Work Session meeting <br />minutes, March 19, 2018, Special Regular City Council meeting minutes; and <br />March 26, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes as presented. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Appoint Accounting Clerk <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant read a proclamation in full for the record proclaiming May 13-19, 2018 to be <br />National Police Week in the City of Arden Hills.
