198001v1 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-043 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING APPOINTMENT <br />OF MEMBERS TO A CIVIC SPACE TASK <br />FORCE FOR RICE CREEK COMMONS <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills (“City”) and Ramsey County (“County”) have <br />previously entered into a Joint Powers Agreement for the redevelopment of the Twin Cities Army <br />Ammunition Plant site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and County are negotiating a Master Development Agreement for <br />the site with the selected Master Developer and its partners in the redevelopment project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of the project, the City Council of Arden Hills wishes to have the <br />project studied and evaluated in more detail and recommend a course of action to the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City previously adopted Resolution No. 2018-038 creating an Advisory <br />Committee for the Civic Space Task Force to evaluate and recommend a course of action to the <br />City Council and appointed its members; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to add James Lambeth as an additional member to the Civic <br />Space Task Force Advisory Committee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that: <br /> <br />1. The City Council appoints and adds James Lambreth to serve on the Civic Space Task <br />Force (Advisory Committee). <br /> <br />2. The Civic Space Task Force (Advisory Committee) members are:
