APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Grant requested items 7B and 7I be removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested Item 10C be placed on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended.
