The applicant shall record the Minor Subdivision with Ramsey County and a copy <br />shall be provided to the City within sixty (60) days of the City’s approval. <br />2. Monument stakes shall be installed to demarcate the new property line between 1377 <br />Arden Oaks Drive and 1415 County Road E. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />A public hearing notice was mailed to all properties within 500 feet of the subject property and <br />published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on May 23, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff has not received any public comments regarding this application. The Planning <br />Commission held the required public hearing for the Minor Subdivision at their meeting on June <br />6, 2018. No public comments were made during the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 30, 2018. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by June 29, 2018 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
