�EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-044 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR A LOT LINE <br /> ADJUSTMENT AT 1377 ARDEN OAKS DRIVE AND 1415 COUNTY ROAD E <br /> WHEREAS: on April 30, 2018, David Beamish and Patrick Donkers submitted a completed <br /> application for review of a Minor Subdivision for a lot line adjustment that would result <br /> in a parcel of land measuring 30 feet in width by 100 feet in depth being transferred from <br /> the northern side of the property at 1415 County Road E to the southern side of the <br /> property at 1377 Arden Oaks Drive, as depicted on the attached Exhibit"A". <br /> WHEREAS: on June 6, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the application by David <br /> Beamish and Patrick Donkers, and at the conclusion of the public hearing recommended <br /> approval, subject to two conditions, after making a finding that the proposed Minor <br /> Subdivision will not have an adverse impact on the surrounding properties or on the <br /> community as a whole. <br /> WHEREAS: on June 11, 2018, the City Council received and considered the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br /> approves the Minor Subdivision for a lot line adjustment at 1377 Arden Oaks Drive and 1415 <br /> County Road E, dated June 11, 2018 subject to the following two conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall record the Minor Subdivision with Ramsey County and a copy <br /> shall be provided to the City within sixty (60) days of the City's approval. <br /> 2. Monument stakes shall be installed to demarcate the new property line between 1377 <br /> Arden Oaks Drive and 1415 County Road E. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 11TH <br /> DAY OF DUNE, 2018. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Julie ffanson, City Clerk <br />
