<br />In total, the fund balances of the City’s governmental funds increased by $2,872,493 during the year
<br />ended December 31, 2017. The majority of the increase was in assigned fund balance in the Permanent
<br />Improvement Revolving Fund, due to a one-time reimbursement from the county for its share of a joint
<br />street project.
