April 23, 2018, Regular City Council <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott requested an addition to the minutes on Page 11, under Item 11 noting his <br />statement regarding the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Open House should note City Administrator <br />Perrault was also in attendance. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the April 23, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes <br />as amended.
