S. McCrossan, the Contractor for the County Road F Improvement Project, has requested the ability to <br />complete portions of the construction in the early morning. This request is being made to lessen traffic <br />impacts and improve scheduling of various construction activities. C. S. McCrossan has requested that <br />early morning work be allowed throughout the project duration. <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills has working restrictions that prevent construction activities before 7:00 am <br />Monday through Friday and before 8:00 am on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. There is a process that <br />allows the City Council to grant a waiver from these restrictions. C. S. McCrossan has requested a <br />waiver from the City to allow construction activities to start at 6:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 <br />am on Saturdays. This notification is being provided to inform you that the City Council will be <br />considering the issue of granting a waiver to C.S. Mc Crossan for morning work from June 26th through <br />the duration of the project which is scheduled for substantial completion by August 15, 2018.
