We are excited to <br />begin working with you and city staff on this project. <br /> <br />I understand, as a result of recent staffing changes, there is a need to expand the original scope of <br />services. Additional assistance may include some or all of the following: <br /> <br /> Provide day-to-day and in office planning and zoning administration services; <br /> Attend and assist staff with TCAAP meetings; <br /> Attend staff meetings, and other meetings as requested; <br /> Assist other city staff as requested. <br /> <br />Bolton & Menk has the capacity to provide additional services. We will work with city staff to determine <br />what level of assistance is needed and to develop a plan and schedule that will best meet the needs of the <br />city and its residents. We will continue to operate under the fee schedule included in our original <br />proposal, including a reduced hourly rate for the first 10 hours of general planning services. Based on our <br />discussion, most of the expanded scope of work will fall under this category. <br /> <br />The next several years will be a busy and exciting time in Arden Hills.
