ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 25, 2018 3 <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka stated the trail had been paved for County Road <br /> E2. She explained there were some issues with the soils under the railroad bridge which required <br /> the watermain plans to be revised. <br /> C. Night to Unite Update <br /> City Clerk Hanson stated the 2018 Night to Unite will be held Tuesday, August 7 from 5:00 p.m. <br /> to 9:00 p.m. Those interested in hosting should register their party with the Ramsey County <br /> Sheriff's Office by Friday, July 20, 2018, in order to ensure a deputy visit. Registration <br /> information and forms are available on the Ramsey County Sheriffs Office website or by calling <br /> the Crime Prevention Unit at 651-266-7339. She indicated there is a link to this information on <br /> the City's website. A list of neighborhoods participating in Night to Unite will be sent to the City <br /> Council when it becomes available. <br /> 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A.
