Each year, the JDA must decide whether to waive the stator tort liability limits <br />to the extent of the coverage purchased. The decision must be made by the JDA each year. <br /> <br />The JDA has not choosen to waive montery limits on municpal tort liability in previvous years. <br /> <br />Attachment <br />A.
