• Modifications to Sites D and G located on AHATS include installation of additional extraction
wells and implementation of targeted 1,4-dioxane treatment. These changes have no impact on
RCC redevelopment.
• Long-term objectives identified by the study include discontinuing operation of TGRS boundary
wells entirely (wells identified by 'B'). This change will not occur in a time frame that will impact
planned redevelopment activities.
• The study does not contemplate any changes to the existing water treatment plant building
located on RCC.
• Appendix A of the report specifically addresses well adjustments discussed at a meeting in
August 2017 between the Army and representatives of the RCC redevelopment team. The
appendix identifies vertical and horizontal well adjustments that the Army supports to
accommodate redevelopment infrastructure.
• The study recommendations do not preclude the construction of a low-temperature district
energy system as was identified in the TCAAP Energy Integration Resiliency Framework (EIRF).

The RCC redevelopment team will continue to work with the Army to ensure these adjustments are
approved prior to being implemented along with construction of site infrastructure.

Attachment:
1.
