The
overall purpose of the Study is to identify potential projects that go beyond the “baseline” of Rice Creek
Watershed District (RCWD) requirements with the potential to support subsequent grant applications
such as the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) Clean Water Fund or Metropolitan Council’s
Green Infrastructure program.

The Study does not commit the RCWD to any future project funding at this time and any future
intergovernmental grant applications (in partnership with the City and/or County) would require RCWD
Board approval prior to submittal.

Attachment:
Rice Creek Commons Green Infrastructure and Stormwater Reuse Feasibility Study

AGENDA ITEM 8A

MEMORANDUM
