<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-049 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO MN/DOT TEMPORARY PERMIT TO <br />CONSTRUCT FOR GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES <br />C.S. 6205 (10=62) 902, PARCEL 454 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mn/DOT is working on a Project 6205-39 US 10, I36W to CR 96 to <br />widen US 10, providing a slip ramp from the US 10 service road to Highway 96, and <br />construction of 20-foot high noise walls, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of US 10 will require the replacement of City <br />watermain, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into <br />Mn/DOT Temporary Permit to Construct for Governmental Entities for C.S. 6205 <br />(10=62) 902, Parcel 454 to allow MnDOT to construct the City’s watermain. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />are authorized to execute the Permit. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
