STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE 2018-003 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, as described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code, is hereby amended as follows: <br />The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br />following described property has been re-zoned to an R-1 – Single-Family Residential District: <br />Described Property <br />1. The property located at 3243 New Brighton Road with Property Identification Number <br />333023310046 and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 of Trinity Lutheran of Lake Johanna Addition <br />Effective Date.
