Planning Case 17-027 – Variance – 3415 Lake Johanna Boulevard – No Public <br />Hearing Required <br /> <br />City Planner Bachler stated the property at 3415 Lake Johanna Boulevard is located in the R-2 <br />District on the west side of Lake Johanna. The property has frontage on Lake Johanna Boulevard, <br />but is accessed from the alley off of Fairview Avenue. The applicant previously moved a <br />detached garage from the adjacent property at 3417 Lake Johanna Boulevard on to the property <br />without a Building Permit.
