Since that time the applicant has revised their development plans, but the <br />application was not complete in time to include on the March 7, 2018 Planning Commission <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Staff requests that the Planning Commission table Planning Case 18-001 until such time that a <br />full review can be completed on the proposal. A motion to table to a future meeting is necessary <br />because this item had already been noticed as a public hearing for this evening prior to it being <br />pulled from the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Motion Language <br /> <br />Motion to table Planning Case 18-001 to the April 4, 2018 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />
