Development Director’s Report <br /> <br />Administrator Perrault had nothing to report. <br /> <br />Administrative Director’s Report <br /> <br />Administrator Olson discussed a meeting that was held with Chris Clark, Xcel Energy President. <br />He stated from this meeting staff has engaged Alatus and the public partner team to discuss <br />pilot concepts for the site. He reported team members were being brought in to see how the <br />County and Alatus can pursue unique energy options for the site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Huffman requested staff provide the JDA with a more detailed report on this <br />matter at the July 25th meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Updates <br /> <br />Commissioner Grant reported funding from the State legislature had been approved to improve <br />I‐35W from Roseville to Forest Lake. He explained the improvements would improve capacity, <br />install sound walls, resurface the entire freeway and would create a MnPASS lane. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br /> <br />The next meeting will be Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:27 pm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved _____________________________________ _______________________ <br /> Jonathan Wicklund, Chair Date <br />
