' <br /> It <br /> ,-A EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-055 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR FALSE ALARM CHARGES AT 4354 ROUND LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, MSP Industrial Portfolio Owner LLC is the property owner of the following described <br /> property: <br /> Address: 4354 Round Lake Road <br /> PID: 213023230002 <br /> WHEREAS,the property owner was noticed of a delinquent false alarm charge pursuant to City <br /> Regulations; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the adoption of this special assessment was initiated pursuant to the City of Arden Hills <br /> Municipal Code; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on September 10, 2018. All persons present at <br /> said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements. The Council also <br /> considered the recommendation of the City Staff that this special assessment be approved; and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL hereby <br /> adopts Resolution 2018-055, adopting special assessments in the amount of$60.00 related to charges <br /> incurred for false alarm fees for the property located at 4354 Round Lake Road; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that the property owner does not pay any portion of the <br /> charges, that the unpaid amount shall be assessed against the Property, to be collected with the real <br /> estate taxes in the year in which this Resolution is recorded, together with an Affidavit of Cost incurred, <br /> and that any assessments levied pursuant to this Resolution shall bear interest at the rate of 8.0%per <br /> annum from the date of recording until December 3Is'of the year in which the special assessment is paid <br /> in full. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS loth DAY OF <br /> SEPTEMBER, 2018. <br /> David Grant, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . q'4am M4-y-' <br /> Julie nson, CITY CLERK <br />
