July 23, 2018, Regular City Council <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the July 16, 2018, City Council Work Session meeting <br />minutes, and July 23, 2018, Regular City Council meeting minutes as <br />presented. Motion to Approve Resolution 2018-050 Accepting Donation <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden clarified for the record this donation was made by Michael and Mary <br />Remer. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to adopt Resolution No. 2018-050, Accepting a Donation from the <br />Arden Hills Foundation. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. Abatement of Nuisance at 3246 New Brighton Road <br /> <br />Jane Kansier, Bolton & Menk Planning Consultant, stated due to a complaint, staff inspected <br />3246 New Brighton Road on August 8, 2018. Staff noted excessive vegetation growth and the <br />accumulation of tree branches, and determined the property was in violation of the following <br />subsections of City Code Section 602.02 Public Nuisance Affecting Health: <br />
