APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Grant requested Item 8D be removed from the agenda stating a Public Hearing was not <br />required for the preliminary tax levy. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant requested Item 6E be added to the Consent Agenda Terminating the Employment <br />of Anthony Nolan. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> <br />None. <br />
