He noted that no motions or voting would occur until a quorum was recognized. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />No quorum present <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />No quorum present <br /> <br />4. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />Senior Planner Matthew Bachler moved this discussion until after item C. <br /> <br />B. State of the City <br /> <br />Senior Planner Bachler distributed postcards for Commissioners to deliver to businesses. He <br />provided an update on the State of the City. The morning session will be on September 28, 2017, <br />7:30 a.m. at the Tavern Grill, complete with a full breakfast buffet. It is estimated there will be 80 <br />people in attendance. The evening session will be October 3, 2017 at City Hall. We are <br />encouraging RSVP’s on Eventbrite. The October EDC meeting will likely be cancelled in lieu of <br />the State of the City events. <br /> <br />C. Business Retention and Expansion Program <br /> <br />Senior Planner Bachler asked if members were having success contacting the businesses on the <br />list for interviews. He suggested tying postcard deliveries in with Business Retention Meetings. <br />
